only problem was due to a parade, there was no pickup at Stop 6 and we had waited over 1/2 hr. but one of your vans stopped by and was very helpful in taking care of all of us who were waiting . there should be a notice told to the tourists when getting off that there would not be a stop at a particular location for a period of time so they should not go to that one when wanting to board again. ruth g., United States, 10-2009

The people in control were very helpful and kind to us. When we had to be at a certain place at a certain time they called in a van to take us there and it made it posible to get my wife's sister to the airport on time by getting us back to our car quickly. I rode the trolley 4 times and each time it was a different narrator. My first one was the best and most informative of the city with history, knowledge, recommendations. The other 3 were just so so. One actually said they would not recommend an establishment, one was very low voice even with the microphone and you could not hear her up top and the last gentleman pointed out mostly sports triva for the city. I am one to make reservations ahead of time. I expected to see much more than I did since I had to wait over an hour for the first trolley. Departure Point:
Our main departure point is Just opposite the Independence Visitor Center located at 111 S Independence Mall E Philadelphia PA 19106. Arrive 15 minutes prior to your desired departure time.
Departure Times:
- May - September: Daily from 9:30am - 6:00pm
- October - April: Daily from 9:30am - 5:00pm

Trolleys are not handicapped accessible.
Parking:
Independence Visitor Center: Located at 6th & Market Streets. Underground parking is offered adjacent to the building. However, if you need to find another location nearby, try some of these parking facilities:
Central Parking Auto Park at Independence Mall: 6th Street between Market & Arch Streets. Entrances on 6th Street and on 5th Street, you are able to enter The Visitor Center without leaving the building by using elevator inside the Parking facility to the Main floor.
Five Star Parking: Between 6th & 7th Streets on Market Streets (Closed Sunday). Exit building onto 7th Street Make right to corner which is Market Street. Walk right on Market Street to 6th Street.

This tour must be booked at least 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers.
