The people in control were very helpful and kind to us. When we had to be at a certain place at a certain time they called in a van to take us there and it made it posible to get my wife's sister to the airport on time by getting us back to our car quickly. I rode the trolley 4 times and each time it was a different narrator. My first one was the best and most informative of the city with history, knowledge, recommendations. The other 3 were just so so. One actually said they would not recommend an establishment, one was very low voice even with the microphone and you could not hear her up top and the last gentleman pointed out mostly sports triva for the city. I am one to make reservations ahead of time. I expected to see much more than I did since I had to wait over an hour for the first trolley.
